- Waiting on you — cases where we've asked your team a question and are waiting for a reply. Links go directly to each case.
- Resolved this week — cases that closed out in the last 7 days, so you see what shipped.
- Still open — your full open backlog with current status.
No sensitive case content is included — just subjects and IDs. Recipients click through to the portal to read the full case.
